I believe that transparency builds trust. Mediation should not only provide an effective alternative to litigation; it should also be a cost-effective one. My fee structure is designed to be clear, predictable, and fair for all parties involved.

To suit different types of disputes and scheduling needs, I offer a range of options:

• Hourly rate – for shorter sessions or specific issues.
• Half-day package – includes preparation, up to 4 hours of mediation, and follow-up.
• Full-day package – includes preparation, up to 8 hours of mediation, and follow-up.

For larger or more complex matters, additional time can be agreed upon in advance.

My mediation fees are comprehensive, covering:

• Preparation and reading time —reviewing documents and background information.

• Session time — conducting the mediation itself.

• Travel (if applicable) — by agreement where mediations are held outside my usual location.

• Follow-up — where necessary, to assist in finalising agreements reached.

This ensures that you know exactly what is included, with no hidden extras.

In most mediations, costs are shared equally between the parties. However, different arrangements can be agreed upon depending on the circumstances. This shared investment reinforces the collaborative nature of the process.
